Agent-first toolkits · Forged, not prompted

What good is a professional without their tools?

A surgeon has a scalpel. A carpenter has a saw. Your AI agent has a chat box and confidence. Agent Forge Tools forges toolkits that turn any AI agent into a professional — off the bat. Every toolkit is a complete repo: an operating playbook, a deterministic engine, and guardrails, ready for your agent to pick up and use expertly on first contact.

Stop sending your agent in bare-handed.

The Principle

Capability lives in the tool.
Not in the trained agent.

You can train an agent rigorously for one job — and get behavior that's bespoke, fragile, and different every time you re-train it. Or you can forge the expertise into a tool once, precisely, and hand it to any agent. Same playbook, same math, same guardrails — repeatable and specific, every single run.

Layer 01

The Playbook

An agent-readable operating manual lives inside every toolkit: the job, the workflow, the decision rules, the standing obligations. Your agent doesn't guess how a professional works — it reads the manual and follows it.

Layer 02

The Engine

The hard thinking is done by deterministic code — planning, pricing, allocation, learning — not by a language model improvising at runtime. That means zero runtime AI cost, and the same inputs always produce the same expert answer.

Layer 03

The Guardrails

Approvals and limits are baked in, not bolted on. Money, publishing, and anything irreversible pauses for the owner's say-so; platform rules and safety limits are enforced by the engine itself — an agent can't talk its way past them.

Toolkits

Toolkits bind to a field of work: each is a complete repo of playbook, engine, and guardrails — the domain brain for its field. Hand one to any agent and it works that field like a professional.

First release

adgentic

An agentic AI toolkit for business advertising — your agent plans, prices, posts, and learns what sells your services.

A complete advertising brain for businesses on classifieds, forged into a repo your agent operates end to end. It plans placements by expected profit, prices and positions every ad by neighborhood, runs service campaigns (and product ads for businesses) within platform limits, manages each listing's lifecycle, and learns conservatively from real results.

Profit-weighted placement planning Neighborhood price & positioning tiers Listing lifecycle & price walk-downs Platform limits & compliance guardrails Market scanning & competitor signals Conservative learning from real results Campaign planning for services & business offers Self-updating from the canonical repo

agenticlistings

An agentic AI toolkit for buy & sell — your agent lists, watches prices, answers buyers, and hunts deals.

A trading toolkit for buying and selling on classifieds — casual or professional. Your agent lists what you're selling with price guidance from live comparables, walks prices down on your strategy, and works the buy side too: watching for the things you want, alerting you when the price is right, and handling buyer replies within guardrails you set. It shares its platform engine with adgentic — siblings, not strangers.

One-off & recurring listings Price guidance from live comparables Price walk-down strategies for sellers Price watching & deal alerts (buy side) Auto-replies with owner guardrails Diagnosis for stale listings Shared platform engine (Craigslist first) Learns your prices, pace & categories

agentpreneur

An agentic AI toolkit for starting a business — your agent spins up the venture and walks it up the ladder.

A company-generating toolkit: your agent spins up a venture end to end — name and domain, website, business email, payments — on a pre-selected stack of cheap, powerful providers, then develops it stage by stage, from side hustle to registered business to incorporated, established company. Registrations, tax numbers, incorporation and the bureaucratic machinery are built in, and every default carries its reasons.

agenticdroid

An agentic AI toolkit for phone control — your agent sees your Android phone's screen and drives it.

Born from real phone-control work: your agent connects to an Android phone over wireless debugging and runs it — seeing the screen, tapping with UI-map precision, organizing apps, clearing clutter, working through tasks — over scrcpy and VNC channels reachable anywhere via Tailscale. It learns by watching you do a task once, then takes it over, with hard stop rules and no-touch zones built in. Android is where full control exists: stock iPhones allow view-only access at best, and agenticdroid doesn't pretend otherwise.

Plugins

Plugins bind to the agent itself: installed into the host, they extend what the agent can do — steering it, metering it — whichever toolkit it happens to be running. They live once in the shared tools library and ship inside every toolkit, so an improvement lands once and every agent you equip gets it.

First release

Lingo

Directive Shorthand, built in — seven tiny prefixes steer your agent's replies, their measure and voice, its memory, and its work, supercharged by the tools behind them.

Lingo is the Directive Shorthand spec built into the forge. Any agent can implement the open standard and hand you the same commands at normal power; Lingo binds each command to AgentForge's special tools — so a voice note, a pinned memory, or a verified check reaches the forge's real machinery instead of the agent's bare hands. It lives once in the shared tools library, and every toolkit pins the version it speaks: learn the Lingo once, and every agent you equip answers to it.

Measureflow

Keeps your agent in line — every task timed, every claim on the record, every estimate metered and learned from.

Agents estimate from confidence and remember selectively. Measureflow is the meter on the work between you and your agent: it times every task and keeps learning from the timings, until its ETAs are read off recorded history — per kind of work — instead of guessed. Underneath runs a claim ledger — claim, outcome, delta, adjustment — recording what the agent predicted, promised, and got corrected on, and converting each gap into a standing adjustment. It meters its own epistemics, its cost per outcome, and the effort it costs you, then grades itself in a report card it shows you. In line with reality, in line with its own past, in line with you.

Every task timed — ETAs learned from recorded history, per class The claim ledger: claim → outcome → delta → adjustment The Report Card: the agent grades itself — and shows you Calibration for time, cost & confidence, always tightening Repeat-correction rate — the trust metric; twice makes a standing rule Epistemics: facts grounded before they're stated, errors owned Cost per outcome, with drift alerts when it creeps Your effort, metered: leverage per finished outcome Regression alerts the week a grade starts slipping

Layer 03 · Service Tools

Service Tools

Service tools bind to a provider: each wraps one outside service — classifieds, mail, hosting, phones — behind the forge's own requests-only machinery, so a toolkit reaches the service without ever touching its website. They live in the shared tools library, pinned by the toolkits that use them.

New · Lingo — An AgentForge Tool

Learn the Lingo: one tiny language
for steering every AI you use.

Meet Lingo — the AgentForge tool that builds Directive Shorthand 3.5 into every toolkit we ship. The shorthand itself is a proposed open standard: a tiny vocabulary of directives you drop into any message to steer the form of your agent's replies, the state it holds, when its work happens, and what it makes — any agent, any platform, anyone's to implement. Lingo is ours: the same commands, bound to AgentForge's special tools, so each one does more than the agent could do alone. The vocabulary belongs to you, not to a vendor — learn it once, use it everywhere.

Lingo 1.9.0 · An AgentForge tool

re:vo · scale:bri — a short voice note, in fifteen characters

If you can dream it, you can direct it — a few keystrokes at a time.

Beginners type full words and guess them cold — re:voice, mem:pin, sch:once. Power users stop typing early: any unambiguous prefix fires, so the shorthand is derived, never memorized. Directives compose (re:voice scale:brief — a short voice note), modes stick (re:voice on), and typing a bare re: makes the agent list the whole vocabulary in your language. Because the grammar grows by whole domains of behavior, anything an agent can do can be steered the same few-character way.

Tool Lingo 1.9.0 Implements Directive Shorthand 3.5 Lives in the shared tools library
The open standard behind it: Directive Shorthand 3.5 is a proposed open specification — authored by Michael Nash · AgentForge · first published October 18, 2026 — free for any agent, on any platform, to implement — and the repo ships a working baseline, too: per-directive guides, a machine-readable registry, and a drop-in instruction block an agent loads and keeps as standing instructions, so the standard runs on any agent's own tools from day one. Lingo is the AgentForge product that builds on that baseline, binding our special tools to each directive. Read the full specification → Command Explorer → Spec repo on GitLab ↗

Next · Measureflow — An AgentForge Plugin

How an agent keeps its word
— starting with its word about time.

Ask an agent how long a job will take and it answers from confidence. Measureflow is the meter on the work between you and your agent: every task timed, every claim written to a ledger, every estimate re-drawn from recorded history until the number stops being a guess. Every estimate, metered.

Measureflow · In the forge

The Report Card: the agent grades itself

Measureflow keeps track of the agent's own performance — and reports it to you.

Underneath the card sits the claim ledger: claim → outcome → delta → adjustment. What the agent predicted, what it promised, what it got corrected on — each gap becomes an adjustment: a quote re-based, a rule promoted, a habit changed. No metric is kept unless it drives one.

Honest label: Measureflow is designed, not yet built — this card is a design preview of what it will keep. The ETA rows are real, though: they are the founder's own first receipts, the long-biased quotes that made the tool necessary.

How It Works

Three steps between your agent
and a professional.

STEP 01

Get the Forge Pass

One subscription opens every toolkit in the forge — current tools, future tools, and all updates. Subscribers get read-only access to the canonical repos. Payments open soon.

STEP 02

Your agent clones the toolkit

Point any agentic AI at the repo. It reads the playbook, checks the schemas, and knows the job cold — no training run, no prompt engineering, no babysitting.

STEP 03

The agent operates it

Planning, executing, reporting — and stopping for your approval wherever the guardrails say it matters. At every session start it checks the canonical repo and updates itself, so your copy is never stale.

The Forge Pass

One pass. Every tool.
Forever current.

No per-tool pricing, no version lock-in, no servers of yours to babysit. The pass is a subscription to a living shelf of toolkits — and to every improvement the forge ships next.

Get the Forge Pass Payments are being wired up — access opens soon.
  • Every tool, one subscription — adgentic today, everything forged after it included.
  • Updates included — your agent pulls the latest release from the canonical repo automatically; a lapsed copy simply stops advancing.
  • Read-only subscriber access — clone and run everything; the canonical source stays pristine.
  • Yours to run anywhere — toolkits live on your machine, under your agent, with your data staying yours.

A storefront that speaks agent

Humans browse this page in a browser. Agents fetch tools.json — the same manifest that renders the explorer above — and understand the catalog natively. No scraping, no guessing: ids, capabilities, status, and access terms, in structured form.

Each toolkit then ships its own playbook, JSON-first commands, and schemas, so an equipped agent can verify exactly what it is about to operate before it runs anything.
