Layer 01 · Toolkit in the forge version — in the forge

agentpreneur

An agentic AI toolkit for starting a business — your agent spins up the venture and walks it up the ladder.

Binds to a field of work — starting a business and walking it up the ladder, from side hustle to established company.
The Stage Ladder · The design

Five stages, each a checklist of unlocks

A venture is not a vibe — it is a stage, and each stage has a list. The agent performs the work; the owner approves the state changes.

1

Side hustle

Name, domain, business email, a page that exists.

2

Venture

A real website, payments wired, one consistent identity.

3

Sole proprietorship

Business registration, tax numbers, invoicing, a real mailbox structure.

4

Incorporated

Incorporation, corporate records, GST/HST readiness, payroll readiness.

5

Established business

Compliance calendar, renewals, team mailboxes, books in order.

The basics never swell: name and domain, DNS and a website, business email, a way to get paid — plus the agent access layer that runs them. Everything beyond the basics is a module added per venture type; hosting is not function.

What it is

agentpreneur, in full

A company-generating toolkit: your agent spins up a venture end to end — name and domain, website, business email, payments — on a pre-selected stack of cheap, powerful providers, then develops it stage by stage, from side hustle to registered business to incorporated, established company. Registrations, tax numbers, incorporation and the bureaucratic machinery are built in, and every default carries its reasons.

Every account in the stack observes the holding rule: provider accounts are opened once, at the top, under the operating holding's neutral identity — ventures live inside those master accounts as children, never as new masters. The tooling itself classifies every account it creates as holding-level or venture-child, so the hierarchy is enforced by the tools, not by memory.

Every default carries its reasons: provider choices, rejected alternatives and failure modes are recorded in the playbook, so the tenth venture is spun up with the first venture's lessons already loaded.

Status — honest label

In the forge — playbook written, first tools proven

Proven on real runs

  • ▸Run #001 stood up AgentForgeTools itself — this very business was the playbook's first spin-up, and the field journal reconstructs every step
  • ▸The Purelymail provider tool is built and exercised — API client plus a console layer that created a test mailbox end-to-end: signup by requests, proof-of-work wall solved, verification read back over IMAP
  • ▸The Surge hosting tool ran live end-to-end — a real site deployed by the tool, not by clicking through a dashboard

Designed — or built, not yet live

  • ▸The Cloudflare tool is built and offline-proven — zones, Pages deploys and domain connection behind one registry that renders Holding → ventures → children; its live wiring awaits the owner's one-time token placement
  • ▸The remaining provider tools — payments and the rest of the stack are designed or planned, one tool per provider
  • ▸The registration and incorporation machinery — specified in the concept, staged on the ladder, not yet mechanized
  • ▸The toolkit's own status line says it plainly: playbook + first provider tool built; the rest is designed, not yet built
