scale:standard
The standard version: the default, on purpose.
What it does
The agent's normal working settings, named: full working diligence at a natural length — neither dialed up nor dialed down. The center of the scale, occupied on purpose.
The registry's own words: The standard version: the agent's normal working settings, named — full working diligence at a natural length, neither dialed up nor down; the default, asked for on purpose.
Fire it — usage examples
“How does the new schedule system actually work?
scale:standard”→ the normal treatment — no dial turned, nothing trimmed, nothing excavated.
A scale:wordy answer just landed and overshot the moment. Reply to it:
scale:st→ back to the standard version — the default, re-asked for on purpose.
Said aloud: “Lingo, scale standard.”
→ the standard version, spoken.
Spoken. Inside a marked span opened by the wake word “Lingo”, the spoken form is “scale standard”. Dictated directives fire deliberately, never by accident.
What the agent actually does
Runs its ordinary playbook at ordinary settings: the diligence it would normally give the question, at the length the material naturally needs. Its discipline is honesty about the center — no quiet escalation toward deep, no quiet trimming toward brief.
The baseline procedure, its edge cases, and this directive's full guide live in the implementation guide: implementation/IMPLEMENTATION.md#cmd-scale-standard ↗.
When the host can't
No host capability required; always executable.
Conformance — “done when”
The reply is the standard version — the treatment the agent would have given with no scale directive at all, delivered deliberately.
Persistence class: none. Execution report in the reply: not required. A user can test any of this by hand — fire the directive, then check the result against the store, the schedule, or the reply itself.
